We designed three mountain modern penthouses for a developer who wanted to create a mixed-use building that fit into the existing fabric of downtown Aspen. There\u2019s a dichotomy between the notion of an urban penthouse and the surrounding Colorado landscape, and we integrated the two through our fine detailing of the interior architecture. Emphasizing the penthouses\u2019 striking views of Aspen Mountain, we used only natural materials with <\/span>warmer<\/span><\/i> colors to evoke the mountains. With the building’s location in the heart of downtown Aspen, these units are at once luxuriously modern and contextually comfortable in the renowned mountain town.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
